Discs are in!

For those of you from the Payne Orthodontic Shoot that ordered a disc, they are at Dr. Payne's South Jordan office ready to be picked up. (Jeni, they said they would bring your disc to the Saratoga Springs office). Please bring cash or a check made payable to Janae Bingham. Also, while there, you will need to sign the model release form if you would like to have the picture posted here on my blog. If you did not order a disc, but would still like your picture posted, please stop by Dr. Payne's office and sign a model release form. Thanks for your patience!
